Claire started singing and playing the guitar with a number of bands in her teenage years before embarking on her solo career, writing and performing her original material.

Having travelled throughout Australia and New Zealand in the singer\songwriter and folk scene she collaborated with artists such as Justin Brady from the acclaimed band "Things of Stone and Wood", before working with Paul to form 'Choice' in 2003

She has played the violin from an early age giving her the opportunity to work with many different artists over the years in both the Irish traditional circuit and the folk scene,most recently,Zora & the Tatsmiths(myspace.com/zorasings)and reggae/heavy beat band Cloudshaper(myspace.com/cloudshaperdnb)

Paul started playing the drums at the age of seventeen and had played in various bands by the time he was in his early twenties

While travelling in Australia and New Zealand he turned his hands to percussion and started his own business, "Tribal Rhythms"

Performing as percussion accompaniment for DJ's and corporate functions for interactive communication,Irish traditional seisuns and with "Flame Fire Productions", a theatrical fire and dance show, he then collaborated with Claire and formed "Choice"

He now also provides the spectacular heavy beat/drum'n'bass rhythms for Brighton based band Cloudshaper
